Cognitive behavioral therapy is a short term, solution focused therapy that aims to improve mental health. CBT focuses on challenging and changing unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, improving emotional regulation and developing personal coping strategies. It can be used to help many issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Anger,phobias and help dealing with major life changes.
Get help controlling panic attacks, racing thoughts, trouble concentrating, feeling of nervousness in everyday situations, feelings of hopelessness, low mood, sadness, fears or problems regulating emotions.
