Self- Help Recovery Method

The self-help recovery method is a powerful form of CBT training that can help reduce distress caused by Mental health problems. Based on the teachings of Dr. Abraham Low, this method has already helped thousands of Irish people live more peaceful and productive lives.

Groups are focused purely on teaching the methods needed to manage what distress you, without the need to divulge personal problems or issues. As such it can work great alongside counselling.

Meeting are held in Resolve every Thursday @ 8pm.
