Mindfulness provides children with simple, practical tools to help them regulate emotions, focus their minds and calm down.

Art can provide children with the opportunity to communicate emotions that they may not have the vocabulary for.

How does the program work?

The Mindful Art program is for kids aged between 6 and 10 years old.

It involves a combination of Art activities which are focused on exploring emotions and how to manage them, along side Mindfulness activities which improve emotional regulation. The group format improves socialisation skills and helps kids to see that they are not alone in any problems they may be facing all while having FUN!!!!
